At 14 you re most likely not going to be able to get a job unless it s mowing lawns or a paper route. Some parks and recreation places though higher kids your age as referees though. Enjoy being a kid while it lasts though, believe me you ll miss these days in a couple of years.
I don t think really anyone hires at 14, i got hired at a hardware store at 15 but wasn t able to work more than 20 hours cause of child labor laws. If i were you i would ask to mow peoples lawns or possibly clean pools.
