I cant start my ebay business? -

how can i find a good reliable place to buy my goods to sell on ebay for a profiti have tried loads of wholesalers and dropshipers but they all just seem to be scamsyou sign up and pay a fee then never hear anything from them again.It is begining to go beond a joke i have wasted several hundered pound just on subscriptions to these places and its like they just take your money with nothing in return.PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE PEOPLEi just want to have atleast 1 reliable source to get me back on my feet as i am a few hundered punds down and dont want to just keep wasting more and more money.

First of All.. Never try any wholesalers or dropshippers who ask money for registration or signing up...... Actually business wise, they should pay you money (They will gain a new customer who is you).. so never try to pay money, or if there is asking about your credit cards informations, etc.. then 99.999999999% they are scams.. Now answer those qoestions yourself .. It depend on your business.. what kind of business ??? and where are the main manufacturer s wholesalers supposed to be located ?? (Wholesalers and/or manufacturer s of each certain item tend to locate in the same area (City), etc...... Do a good research first before buying anything wholesale... the research must include top brands, costs, profit margin, and for most of all How much it sell on ebay, and how often it sells, plus which brands tend to attract bmore customers ?? Best way to locate the wholesalers is through other businesses who do the same item ???.. (Yet no one will offer you their business secrets .. ).. so now you could try the manufacturer s of the items you intend to sell.. Each item has the manufacturer s name and contact numbers.. you can call them/ email them (Even if they are in China). ask who are the wholesalers of their brands in your country / area.. they should be happy to help... this is some idea s which i hope it will help .. Again never give any attention to any site who asking for money to register or sign up....... and may i say something ?? If you intend to go for business in a certain thing.. you should be able by now to locate those simple things ? at least you must have good experience and knowledge about all the steps of buying, selling and margin profits of your products ?? Start with a reliable dropshipping. You might want to check this site out that teaches you some stuff about dropshipping. On another page is a short list of dropshippers. Choose with caution though.

Why don t you go to local shops that sell the sort of thing your after, ask them what stockists they use or buy thru them.

It s a good name. It sells your product well and definitely embodies what it is that your offering.However, make sure the logo really represents juice because Mojo can also be taken in a sexual context. And we would NOT want that ;)

Depending on where you live you may have some trademark issues. There is a company overseas, I think they are Indian based, but located in Australia as well, called Mojo Juice Bars.

Now to answer your question on if you should operate a business as a corporation or sole prietorship, you first need to understand the difference between a corporation and a sole prietorship. If you chose to go the sole prietorship option, than a question u need to be prepared to answer is are you willing to put up personal assets for the sake of your company. In other words, if things go wrong with your company are you willing to put up your house or car. Yes you will be able to gain all profits but if things go wrong you are the only one responsible for all aspects of the business as a sole prietorship. With a corporation you will have to pay more and higher taxes. On the other hand all debts will be divided amongst all owners. I personal would use the corporation option because it is less risky. My account has limited access and paypal wont release my funds. I cant deliver items to my buyers..Is hiring a attorney can fight my rights?

usually they provide some ways to verify your account like sending copy of bank account or passport etc. you will have to fax these to paypal given number. once this is done they will remove the limited access. I once had this issue with lot of money in paypal and was frightened but once I send the bank account statement, it was solved. Actually, limiting of accounts is done whenever they feel your account is being hijacked. (don t know how they do it, for me it was when I moved to different place and my IP address changed). so it is really a safety measure but it is sometime irritating to users..

It sounds like it s a new PayPal account. All of the terms and conditions are listed - and you agreed to them - when you set up your account, so a lawyer won t be able to help you. Log onto your account and actually read the Terms of Service that you probably just skipped over when you opened your account...therein lies your answers.If the buyers have paid for the item, you are required to send them whether or not you have access to the funds. The buyers have paid and the funds are there - PayPal will release the funds to you when your holding period is up. You have no reason not to send the items and can be penalized if you don t. You have signed away your rights when you accepted the Paypal user agreement; and further still when you listed this particular item, you were informed that funds may be held for 21 days- again you agreed before you listed. If you are selling then you need to have a surplus amount of cash that you use for posting, You cannot be saying you would make your Buyers wait for 4-7 days before money is withdrawn from Paypal to your Bank in order for you to post?
