Single mom needs to make some extra money. Any ideas? -

I am a single mom with 3 kids and I have a full time job but it s just not cutting it. Everything seems so hard right now. If I get another job I will not only have no time with my kids (which is the most precious time to me) but They will cut of my daycare benefit and If they do that I will have the other job just to pay the daycare which puts me back in the same situation. Any ideas on how to make some xtra money?

Go to shopgoodwill.com and buy stuff and resell it on craigslist or Ebay. I just bought a trumpet for my son on for $50 but saw one like it on craigslist for $200. See the opportunity there?

The best thing would be a job/business that you can manage from home. Here is a opportunity that has helped hundreds, if not thousands of people out of a hole! This will allow you to spend as much time as you want with your family....best of both worlds!!!Take a look at www.Any-Income.com you ll be amazed.

I have a friend who works for a company called Thirty-One. They sell hand bags and other accessories. She loves it and says it is really easy. Plus you get some really cute, not to mention free accessories out of it!

If you have 2 to 3 hours a day that you can work on your computer, there is a great program that is free to use and can earn you about $1,260 extra every month, You can find it at:http://earningcashonline.ws

Google ad sense is the best way.

About starting a small business? -

I live in San Diego county and want to start a small business with a co-worker. I am wondering if anyone could steer me towards any organizations or agencies in the S. Cal area that are designed to help someone get an idea for a business off the ground. I have no idea how to start. Any suggestions?

There are a bunch of agencies and groups you can check on the national, state, and local level.http://www.sba.gov/http://www.sba.gov/aboutsba/sbaprograms/http://www.score.org/index.htmlThey all should have local contacts that can assist you with everything you may need.

What is the difference in parcel post and media mail? -

Media mail has more restrictions on what can be mailed. It s the old Book Rate service by the USPS renamed as such. Books and recorded CD s and DVD s are generally shipped to you this way and is much slower to arrive at its destination than Parcel Post.Parcel Post is more expensive, and large and small packages are generally shipped this way...like birthday and Christmas gifts. They arrive at there destination more promptly than Media mail.

Parcel Post is delivery of letter physically and it takes much time. Media mail is electronically sending of letter/mails.Just use my link and earn with spending any moneyhttp://www.AWSurveys.com/HomeMain.cfm?RefID=rasmecc

Finding name for my business help? -

I m trying to come up with a business name for my jewelry, adn I was wondering how can I find out if the name has been taken... google it? is there a better way to do this to ensure I choose the right name for my business? thankyou,

yes there are websites where you can check for names in use or not, they cost so lets just call your jewelry store The Gem Show because in Tucson is the Gem Show but it s not copyrighted name it s just what people call the multi week event all along the road going into town. Thing is if you used that name, think of the traffic it would give you?

I don t know why so many think google is better than yahoo, it s not. Google is selling google and yahoo puts out there what is looked at most, first. And they do it without taking anything in return. Report Abuse

If anyone could help me get my hands on this, Id be very grateful.? -

When setting up a franchise, the company that owns the franchise passes on information about the rules and procedures of running this business. It is a kind of operational guide for the franchisee. I would like to know where I can see a sample of such a document, or similar Business operational guide.

Hello there,Here are links to some sample franchise agreements.http://contracts.onecle.com/blimpie/smoohttp://www.docstoc.com/docs/2211372/Franhttp://www.docstoc.com/docs/13187059/FraI should point out to you that drafting your own franchise agreement is risky. That is something you should have a business lawyer do. This is a legal contract. If you do it yourself, you could end up costing yourself a fortune if there is problem. Litigating a contract is expensive whether you will or loose the litigation, you will spend thousands on legal fees.Later,

The document you are speaking of is called the Franchise Agreement. The franchise agreement is the heart and soul of the business relationship between the two parties. It spells out in very specific detail how the franchisor expects the franchisee to conduct business, and outlines the obligations of both parties. However, unless you are qualified and serious about purchasing a specific franchise, your request to see one won t be granted.

Should I do this small Business Expo? -

There s a Small Business expo coming up in my little corner of the world. It s an informational expo, only (you can t sell.) But the tables are cheep and its being run by a professional business organization.

Is it legal to make band shirts and sell them? -

For already existing bands. Like, an original design, but not band

Only with permission of the band to do so - there is usually a licensing fee involved. You can contact their record company to find the proper agency to obtain the licensing rights.

It is legal, but if you do that expect the band to sue for you for all your profits. You must invent band names if you want to stay clear on that matter. Your art work is totally yours to do with as you please, but check copy-write laws to be sure before you go ahead. If you wish to do Band Art posters and tee-shirt for real on-going bands, then they and their manager must sign a contract with you, for the franchise rights - they will expect their cut.

Only if it is your band or if the band gives you premission to do so
