Do I have to be a wholesaler to buy from a site that targets wholesalers? help? -

I made an account with a site and ordered a product without realizing that I had created a Dealer login. Will I get in trouble? I am not a dealer but it let me buy the product. please help I think that I am worrying too much

relaxthere is no law about what you say to suppliers of goods on the internet.

The only time you need to worry that you are not a wholesaler is if the company that your buying the item(s) from asks for your resale license in order to take the sales tax off. Even then is not mandatory - but having one will make things cheaper. A resale license is used by businesses who collect sales tax and send it to their state sales tax fund. Keep on buying, as long as you have the money. You have not broken any rules or laws.

Because you are selling tangible goods you also need to get a resale permit through the SBOE.

Do CPAs make enough money? -

CPAs make a LOT of money!

HI CPA with 5 at least 5 years experience can make about $80K to $100K p.a.For more than 8 years experience (you will be in position of a director or SVP) it will be from $150K to $250K p.a.Also important is the attitude and adaptability.

Im a sucker for get-rich-quick schemes? -

So can somebody tell me a legitimate way to make a lot of money?Preferably something that I can do at home, requires little time, and does not require me to sell anything.

I will only wish you the very best, and hope that you will succeed in becoming rich quickly. If you do, you will certainly be in the minority from the rest of us who have to work long years for our assets. But good luck - I really mean it.

How do weapon manufacturers start? -

Like for example; Boeing, Colt, or Bushmaster.

You can read up on your example companies histories (in Wikipedia or elsewhere) to get the details.Otherwise, weapons manufacturing is just a business. So, start it like you would any other.Example: ask the authorities about basic requirements, find financing, get a license from a foreign manufacturer (say, whoever makes Kalashnikovs), fill up all the documents with your state, find land, build a small factory, hire people, manufacture the weapons, sell them to local distributors and you are on!A certain amount of bribing (or lobbying, as the kids call it these days) may do wonders with the afor-mentioned authorities, but don t tell them I advised you on that ;-)

Question about opening a gallery and photo studio....? -

Do you need any liscenses or certificates (or anything of the sort) to open/own a gallery, or a photo studio? (Serious answers only) Any information that corresponds with what I am asking, or you think may be helpful, links, etc please let me know. Thank you.

In my home state of New York all I need is a NYS Sales Tax Certificate of Authority. I also needed to file with the county a DBA ( Doing Business As ). Some will use their social security number and you may be given a federal tax ID number. In my case I was given a separate Fed # because I had more than one business.Your state or country may have other requirements.Go to nys.gov for a start. Or your home state.gov

How would I make money quick and easy? -

I have a job but i want to have a way of making more money quickly and easily.*DON T SAY SELL DRUGS!

You can do online things where you answer surveys and they pay you. i would make sure they wont rip you off though

Hello,You could join all kind of online programs but it depends on how much money you want to do.I understand that you want to make money fast and easy. Well, you could try ptc sites and even traffic exchanges accessing the link bellow.I hope that helps.

There is no such way to make money quick and easy. If there were the majority of the U.S. population wouldn t be below the poverty line.Edit: In response to Katy-Jo s comment. Getting paid to answer Surveys online don t work like every one thinks they do. I tried that route myself several years ago. I think the most I made was like less then a $1.

If there were truly that many quick and easy ways to make money, most of us would be doing that now instead of piddling away our time here.I ve had friends who had success selling items on ebay. Alas, most online job offers are scams so be careful of those.Pizza delivery?

Here are some ways you can maybe start taking action immediately:1. Get another part time job2. Freelancing3. Affiliate Marketing (Online Offline depending on your preferences)There are many more ways but those will require more time to learn, prepare and requires capital. E.g. Trading, Internet Business (What I am doing now full time)

i found http://quickcash.lefora.com to be a great site for that... it has one idea that is easy to find...

hmm, the only thing i can think of is like go around your neighborhood asking to rake peoples leaves.

What about trying some luck?
