Where can I find a quot;cannedquot; Real Estate Newsletter to send out to my client base? -

I am a realtor and I would like to send my clients a newsletter, but I would rather not go through the trouble of writing the copy myself. Can anyone suggest to me a pre fabricated newsletter that focuses on current Real Estate Issues that I can send to my clients, branded under my name/company. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don t know what their policies are about using their articles for your newsletter but take alook at this site:http://www.inman.com/Probably alot of information here.

Is it legal to make band shirts and sell them? -

For already existing bands. Like, an original design, but not band

Only with permission of the band to do so - there is usually a licensing fee involved. You can contact their record company to find the proper agency to obtain the licensing rights.

It is legal, but if you do that expect the band to sue for you for all your profits. You must invent band names if you want to stay clear on that matter. Your art work is totally yours to do with as you please, but check copy-write laws to be sure before you go ahead. If you wish to do Band Art posters and tee-shirt for real on-going bands, then they and their manager must sign a contract with you, for the franchise rights - they will expect their cut.

Only if it is your band or if the band gives you premission to do so

What about 30,000k earn per month from home based on mail. it is true or scam please tell me? -

i saw the one paper add about job

You may want to check them out at the Better Business Bureau bbb.org. It lists all complaints filed against a company. Below site has a check list that you can use points from to find out if a company is possibly a scam or not.

Sounds like a scam to me.Things I look for in a business are free or low cost to join, free or low cost to run, some level of training and/or support, a website or information on how to create one, and a simple duplicatable business success system. The company and people should support and train you because when you make money they make money. I really like businesses that can be run part time, from home, and online.

Most of them are Scam ! how ever few organizations do help in getting some online data entry and other administrative works, they may not be paying so high but a considerable amount based on work may be expected....

Scam.....big time. You will have to purchase the supplies and pay for the training and once they have your money you will never hear from them again. Also, let me guess they stated that no experience is needed .

Most of it are scams but some of it is true.......either way, you need to put in ALOT of hard work in order to make any money. There s no such thing as get rich quick plan! Good luck!

Would blue and yellow make good colors for my Salon/spa? -

Absolutely not. There s nothing relaxing about that colour combination. You want soft colours that are easy on the eyes. Pale mauves, whites, off-whites, blues (not all together of course) would be where you want to start looking.

wow, as long as they are very faint; that combo is hard on the eyes

Going into the music business need help!? -

am starting a record company with a business partner, and in all actuality he is providing most of the monetary support for our work. I on the other hand create 90% of the music we put out and am the creative force behind our projects. I am in the process of coming up with my end of our deal as business partners (i.e. % of the company, what i would want in the event we liquidate etc etc) now my question is how do i make it so that in the unfortunate event of us liquidating the company, do i keep rights to the my created work and still maintain full usuage of the music, i.e. performing selling or distribution thereof the work? and also if there are any recommendations or advice someone can lend me for my situation. my biggest concern is his advantage of having more money than myself. any advice will help.

If you were in the same boat and all of a sudden your hard earned cash was liquidated and the guy walks away with the assets of the business I do not think you would be very happyMoney is king in this economy so split everything 50 / 50 You would not be able to start the business without his supportYou also need to put a value on your time was sweat equity so there s no arguments later to say we did not contributePut into the contract how many unpaid hours you are putting in each month to equal his cash contributionYour input into the business must equal or be more than the money he is putting upwrite down all the what ifs and have an exit strategyput into the contract it is a difficult trading economy and that if it does sour it will not harm your business relationshipwrite good and bad things down that you would be unhappy with and ask him to do the samethis way everything is in the open before you start when you can still discuss things openly

I hate to break it to you but when someone invests in a start up company of any kind the one who puts more cash in usually winds up retaining more ownership in the event of the company folding or liquidating. You should spend the money on an attorney to set this up for you. If this is a company set up where your partner is hoping to participate in the publishing as well as the masters then you should look into making a time limit on his participation rather than co-ownership in perpetuity. Seriously though - spend the money - hire an entertainment lawyer with music business experience.
