How do i open an UPSCALE shoe boutique or own a high end shoe franchise? -

I want to open an upscale shoe boutique ( like Stuart Weitzman, Nine West, Steve Madden, etc). but i dont know how to start. I live in New Jersey. I am not a shoe designer so I ll be selling other brands.Is there any high end shoe chain that works like a franchise?

Start by working at any shoe store that will hire you. Get some experience in the field and try to find higher end shoe stores to work at. As for franchising, talk to your Small Business Administration office. They will help you develop a business plan and point out things to watch for in franchise agreements and leases for stores.
