Ok i work atta grocery market and i do carts for 2 hours maybe like once a week, and wondered why they do that to us, and when it s hot out or whatever, because they don t know how tiring it is for us, i mean i like it when it s only an hour, but 2 hours COME ON! I just wanna quit at this point, because how i m treated that way, oh and they don t let you rest or take a short break if your tired, they tell you to keep going ti ll your not on carts anymore that day, is that even legal for them to do that, i mean to me that s SLAVERY! We should have the rightto rest if we are tired, i mean how would they feel if we did that to them? What do you think about that?
You sound young...no it s not slavery. It s called hard work. Two hours a week is not unreasonable. You can t pick and choose what your job description consists of. be happy you have a job and use it as motivation to stay in school, get a good education and then you don t have to schlep carts for 2 hours.
