Have you looked into medical transcription? A lot of medical transcriptionists work from home. The majority of them do actually. A medical transcriptionist listens to doctor dictation and types it out for the patient s medical record. It is all done on the computer and files are transferred between you and your employer via the internet. Training is required unless you have had prior experience so there would be the cost of training you would have to incur. I know you mentioned that you didn t want any start up costs but this would be for education.
