I m doing a Business Project which involves selling goats for meat and FFA students. What permits and licenses are required in order to run that type of business?

You can go to the Chambers of Commerce in your area and ask them to issue you a license for the business you are doing and by giving a small nominal fees you will get the permit for your business and then you can easily travel your livestock.
