You need to go to MEDIATION -- which involves a third party to help resolve the matter.ORYou need to go to ARBITRATION -- which involves a third party with court judge like authority that legally binds the final decision between two parties.AVOID COURT!!! These are much more expensive than mediation or arbitration. Also as a partner, unfortunately you are stuck with this person until either mediation or arbitration occurs. Partnerships are difficult legally in this way. If one messes up, the other is bound to the result. Hope this helps!!! :)

Need out of 50% business I own.? -
My partner and I own 50% each of a residential care facility. I want out but he is making difficult by not making any offers and delaying time. We own 50% of home and 50% of Corporation. I live in california if that helps. To avoid legal fees what would be my options? Can I dissolve the business and get 50% of my equity. What are my rights?thanks emilio
