How do I start a small business? -

Im planning to have my own business(snacks)

The first step is to make a plan. Talk to the Small Business Administration in your area. They will help you form your business plan and will have great advice for making your plan work. If you do not have a Small Business Administration office in your area, check with the local Chamber of Commerce. The second step is to get the finances in place. Depending on what you plan to do, it could be a few dollars or several thousands. The third step is to get everything you need for your business. Employees, equipment, facilities, permits and support staff (accountants, lawyers, etc) will need to be secured and organized. Utilities and other services need to be contracted as needed. The next step is to put all your effort into making your business a success. Good luck.

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you re interested in.I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. http://www.sba.govhttp://www.entrepreneur.comhttp://www.startupjournal.comhttp://www.nolo.com/resource.cfm/catID/9 -- Nolos Starting a Business C Resource Center Research, research, research C this cannot be stressed enough.
