I just won an auction on eBay....? -

I just won an auction on eBay for 99p plus postage. The seller is now refusing to send me the item as he wants more for it. Where do I stand? Surely that s what reserves are for?!?!?Thanks

if what u claim is to be true and u won the auction and he didnt cancel because he wanted more, thenfirst, dont send that vato another nickel. report that foo to ebay. like that other foo said, u guys entered into a binding legal contract, he has to send u whatever u bought off him. leave negative feedback on that foo s page. ebay is used to handling situations like this, just get in contact with them, they will help u out.

If he doesn t send it, then you can file a dispute with eBay and you will get your money back and the seller will be flagged by eBay but probably won t lose his account over one failure. You can also give negative feedback and don t worry because sellers are no longer able to leave negative feedback to buyers. Whatever you do don t send more money or make any deals outside of eBay. Warn him that he s made a binding agreement when he sold you the item, is obligated to send it, and a complaint to eBay and negative feedback will result if he does not live up to the deal.

You can file a dispute and also give him negative feedback. But first warn him by writing a message to him, if he ignores you, then you do it. Also check out mycomeup.com

Report the seller to Ebay and provide the emails asking for more money.
