It really depends on what type of business you would like to open. You may want to start with something like Starting a Business for Dummies. If you are going to start a business (any business) I would also read Think and Grow Rich, The Great Formula, The Attractor Factor, and lots of sales and marketing books.
Well depends on the type of business, but Rich Dad Poor Dad is good in terms of theory / interesting business-related perspectives.
