What imported items can be sold legally on Ebay? -

hi, Im trying to start an Import business for a resale on US on Ebay;it seems that brand product like Gucci or Coach can be risky as violates copyrights and counterfeit laws,SO what products can I safely import, ex from China and re sell themhere in the US: a non brand/ chinese brand item?
