You need a business degree and a good lawyer. You will have a lot of tax paperwok you will need to know about alone with codes and regulations, not to mention you will need to know how the heck to run a business and make a profit. The lawyer - with a bar you could possibly be sued weekly.I would only do this if you have business degree of some really good smart friends with some serious college educations./
Ok, if you don t know what it takes, then you don t have experience in the industry and you are going to fail.Learn something about the business. Work in all the positions in a bar. Understand what makes a bar run. Then you will not have to ask, your experience will tell you whats needed.
First find a place where a bar is needed, then build, rent, or buy a property that is around stores relevant to people who would like to go there.
I would start by researching how to get a permit to serve liquor in your jurisdiction. It can be a rather lenghty process.
first u will need to take a weights and measures coarse u will also need a health and safety license and u r on your way lol , good luck you will need it.
