I am looking for a government grant, where do I start? -

I have heard of many people who qualify for grants issued by the government but can not seem to find any websites to help me in my search. I remember all the infomercials late night on tv but havent seen any of those lately either. are the grants only available for a certain amount of time or a certain time of the year?

i have also noticed how much less advertising there is for these grants. my neighbor is a home rehabber and he got a grant to renovate a home for $30,000. doesnt have to pay it back he just has to spend the money to restore the home to its original state. just like it was in 1930 s the best part is he owns the home so he just plans on selling it when he is done and he gets to keep the profit no strings attached. Check out at your nearest government office where the Small Business Administration office is. They are the ones in charge of giving government grants to aspiring business owners.
