i would absolutely agree with amal.its not a small business. your minimum investment should be from 8 lacs onwards.as Amal said you need well equipped software and hardware, hihg speed internet connections, Multi line VOIP connections, dedicated team. not to mention power problem in india which you have to overcome it. Call center cannot be classified as a small business.It requires large investments, connections with reputed companies in India and abroad, experience, Up to date net work with computerised set ups, experienced staff, 24 hours work schedule in rotation of 3 shifts, Licences permissions.Project reports are available from reputed consultants and one can invite the same by payment of fees or can advertise for the details which will not be free in any case.
