Refunded ebay item? do i have to ship them back? -

so i ordered some phones on ebay. they were not at all what the seller decsribed, the packaging was poor all the phones were scratched. so i asked for a refund the seller tried to argue with me, but i eventually got the refund, and the seller wants me to ship them back. now what if i dont ship them back? i really dont want to because the person was such an @ss.

You got a refund. They are not your phones. Send them back, don t be an *** like he was.

I don t think that ebay will come after you because you didn t return his phones, but it is technically stealing since you got a refund.
