it really depends on what it is you are trying to do, but you can search for best web hosting sites on the internet. there are tons (including sites like yahoo stores) that offer very low monthly fees and tools to quickly and easily get a business web site up and running. The good ones have clear step-by-step processes to follow. But for all of these, it is ultimately dependent upon you having some underlying business idea / concept!I would be very cautious about sites that claim to help you set everything up and then they do all the work (like give you product to sell, do your search engine optimization, etc).
