I bought an 401 e-cig and i dont know if its charging? -

hi i recently purchesed a 401 e-cig and when i try charging it nothing comes up im not sure how to tell its charging im new to this electronic cig thing someone please help?

usually when you plug it in - the LED on the battery will flash a few times and the light on the charger itself will turn red. The light on the charger should turn green or go out when the battery is charged.
