One of my favorite places to work was Macy s Department Store. Working in a clothing store is a pleasure if you are a sociable person who wants to make the customer happy. If you have a good eye for fashion it helps too. When customers come in, try to pay attention to how they are dressed so that you can get an idea what colors and fabrics and types of clothing they like. Are they formal or informal?Introduce yourself and say, my name is so and so, What brings your to our store today? If they say, Just looking, say, Let me know if you need anything and step away.Unless you have the personality of a stone wall, you should do fabulous.
focus on customer service any one has jeans to sell if you make the customer feel good they will return to shop there because of you not the jeans.
