Can a Paypal dispute be dropped if Buyer has already left positive feedback on Ebay? -

The buyer filed a Paypal dispute which of course refunds the money to the buyer if the buyer doesn t recieve their item or a tracking number isn t provided. Well it was sent without tracking but the buyer has left positive feedback saying the item was recieved. I have e-mailed him many times to drop the dispute but no answers. Is positive feedback enough proof for Paypal?
