They may not allow it to be built there, the issues being the underground storage tanks, interrupting traffic flow and neighborhood noise.After that you will need to obtain funding, likely around a 500k, for construction. Start a conversation where you mention that you had a meeting that fell through and have nothing to do for several hours and are killing time.In the conversation, ask them about what it takes to own and run a gas station.A really, really good way to learn about the business, and get paid to learn, is to go work at a gas station like the kind you d like to own.Don t take jobs for money, take jobs for what you can learn.
