What are the benefits of business partners? I have a taxi service and am approached to start new companies with other people.

If you don t personally know these other people , I would suggest not EVEN entering into any agreements or contracts with them. A written contract properly signed and notarized would be OK I guess - but if they aren t willing to do that - - is a 100% sign that they are trying to scam you or steal your customers or your profits. Be careful.
