Starting a band, need help -? -

Me and my Brother want to start A metalcore band, Etc...I do vocals and he plays guitar and have know idea what equipment is needed to start.I have 1400 to spendhelp? :D

Find some established bands in your area and ask them what s needed to start up. It s really dependent on what you have, how many total people you have and where you play. Many venues have most of the equipment you need already.
