May be. There is a lot of information you don t provide - is this a one time charge or recurring one? Do you have a private home or live in an apartment? Your best bet at getting an answer that relates to your specific circumstances is to call National Grid and ask for an explanation of the charges on your bill.

Nationalgrid question on my bill, delivery services and supply services charges? -
I was reading my bill and the Delivery Services charge is $47.80 and the Supply Services is $22.03. Am I reading it right, I paid more for services than what I used? Can that be right?
