What service should i use for shipping something extremely fragile? -

I usually use usps because their prices are low and i don t really know about how to ship with anyone else. i have a package to ship full of a perfect set of old china. some one just bought it from me for $500.How can i ship this to ensure nothing will get broken or damaged in transit and at the same time keep the price low? What shipping company should i use and do they have any rules about packaging? Please help! Thanks!

the best method for this type of product would be to have it crated, although this would also be the most expensive. i have used www.shipalliance.com for crating larger items for shipping. They did a great job with both have reasonable prices.

I would contact the UPS store. Usually if they pack it for you, they have some guarantees to go with it. If you insure this set of china and something goes wrong, you can get your money back, but that of course may not be as important as the china itself.
