that depends on the volume of your business:for doing neighborhood chores and grass cutting, snow shoveling etc for pocket $$, you can start as young as your parents/guardians allow.for setting up a proprietorship, LLC, or an S/C corporation as well as applying for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax identification Number (TIN) that s different from your SS# you need to be 18yrs old.
i don t think there is an age limit as long as you re capable of getting it started. however, if you want to start a new company that is it s own legal entity you might need to be old enough to fill out the paperwork.
i think it is don t have the relation with the age.....Now I only 24....but I have do the business of the jewelry for about 5-6 years....very well.....
Old enough to handle your own money, get a checking account, write a check, put an ad in the newspaper.
