you don t buy discounted stuff - you buy it wholesale from distributors and sell it at retail price - or a discounted price (but more than you paid WHOLESALE for it)
Try www.ebay.com. They have a lot of wholesalers that sell from there. Be sure to look at their reputation as there are some scammers on there as well.
