HiStart by creating your business plan. It will help you to stay focused. One of the steps in a business plan creation is to make a list of operational costs. You will fill the list by the time and after doing your researches you can calculate your costs and how much you need to operate the shop. But first you need to know your target market, who they are. Your competition, who is operating in your area and what are they strengths and weaknesses. How to get your first customers. How it will cost you?Make a cash flow plan/analysis of your shop for the first year using best, worst and most likely scenarios.About permissions and inspections you can contact the organizations that represents the companies operating in the industry. But if what you want is to open a plain shop, not any specialized products for food, chemical or medical industries I guess you shouldn t need any especial permissions. But ask at sba to be sure.Best successEstaniChapel
