Freaked out about babysitting! HELP!!!? -

I am going to start babysitting... I m a 13 year old girl.I have never baby sat before (Apart from my sister)And I have some questions:1. Am I old enough. 2. How do I know if the person isn t just a creep. ( like a kidnapper!!! :S )3. How much should I charge per hour?4. Does it have to be people I know??Please answer, I m kinda getting freaked out. yes your old enough trust me you ll know you can charge whatever you and the parent or guardian agree to no it doesn t have to be people you know it can be anybody. if you can babysit your sister you can sure babysit
