I want a position to be a sales associate. - Should I speak with the Human Resource manger and tell him It would be an honor if I could possibly get a position to work with your company ? or after applying inperson should I just leave? Unless you are applying for management you won t be talking to the HR manager, ever, for anything. You give them your application and you wait for one of the HR employees to call you in for an interview.They should be hiring temporary help right now for the christmas rush.
