How, Dealing with local competitor? -

Hi guys well i am working for a sport equipment store, and i was wondering How should we deal with a new strong sporting store that has came to our area?what kind of things can we do to keep people coming back to us?

you can put on sales on items... offer better customer service..... make programs, such as a soccer league for people to join... something like that
