Im starting to sell on ebid, do I have to start the bid off at 99p, or can I put it higher, and do i get...? -

charged if I start the auction of higher than 99p like we do with ebay.I went to sell books onebay and they ve changed it AGAIN, I can no longer charge for P+P if I sell BOOKS. wtf. It says for books, P+P must be less than ��0.00anyway, back to ebid. can someone write down what I need to know about charged please, I ve been on the site, but got confused lol
