Website to order german books without paying a fortune for shipping? -

Does anyone know of a place that sells german books that will not charge a small fortune for shipping? I tried Amazon but for a book that costs $16, they want almost $35 additional for shipping? Any help will be appreciated. The book is by Miriam Pielhau and is called Fremdkoerper?

In this case: Try ebay.de I have see there you can get the Book for 16Euro + 5,50Euro shipping to USA for example. German Post/DHL is really not expensive for shipping Books international, so 5,50 is ok.

Here s a fix for you that may work depending on the area where you live. If you go to a major bookstore in your city and ask them to order the book for you they will not charge you for shipping if they are getting any other orders from Europe. The book is also available in the UK and you can go on Miriam s website and order it from there also. Either of these solutions will cost you less in shipping than Amazon is wanting to charge you. Also, in the UK the book is cheaper. So you may want to check it out.

Try:http://www.amazon.com/and search for german books. you will find a lotEms
