Need advice regarding educational business? -

hi. i am a s/w engineer and want to establish a corporate level training institute like ducat in ncr..I have already registered the organization as RARE..now i don t know how to deal with finance and business model..in a brief now what next to be done?? how to go for managing the infrastructure.. and at operation side what we need to do first like arranging the trainers first.or first we should decide the courses and all? so basically i want to know about process flow....and any out of the box feature if u can suggest..that would be appreciated..

you need to go to school. or at least go to the library and spend time getting to know how important the education of the reference desk librarian is.
