I need a small business grant for about $180,000 to buy and remodle a store does anyone know where i can get 1? -

Describe what you will use the money for: I would like to buy and remodel a sporting goods store. I would like to add a dock out front of the store for easier access for boaters, I would not only like to sell items for hunting and fishing, but I want to make it a place for people to bring there children and family members to enjoy themselves, also a place for the people who do hunt and fish to get the things they need at their convenience. What unique things would separate you from other applicants applying for this money? I am from a very small town with next to no businesses. In this town approximately 90% of the people in it enjoy hunting, fishing, or boating. I will be able to hire some local people to work in the store. I feel like the business has great potential and would do very well once it gets started. The shop has river frontage, noted above the usage of a dock for boaters access, it would be close to them and at their convenience as I said above, the closest place to buy all the things I want to sell is Wal Mart which is a 45 minute drive. I have serched all over for a grant and now i need your help to find one!
