How can I find out if my local animal shelter euthanizes their animals...? -

if they cant find an owner for the pet or something like that. Don t worry I am not planning on abandoning my pets. There is this stray cat in my garage and I am difidently NOT sending it to a shelter that kills their animals.**Please, I am not asking about the stray cat, I am asking how I can find out this information**

Try calling them and asking. Most shelters do euthanize animals. Around here all of the shelters euthanize whereas most of the rescues do not, but the rescues will charge you to take animal if they even have any room available.
