How do I tell my boss quot;noquot;? -

I have a salaried position at my job. The economy being what it is limits the amount of hourly workers etc etc. We are pretty much slammed busy all the time. This week I will not be able to meet my deadlines unless I work from 7am-midnight or later every day. I dont make a lot of money, and I know lots of unemployed people think Better to have a job that to be unemployed!! (always what my boss says..), but just because the economy is **** doesnt mean my personal life has to be.Anyways. How do you suggest that I respectfully tell my boss my working hour limitations? Thanks!

Go to your boss. Tell him you cannot meet this weeks deadlines and ask him to delegate some assistance to you.
