I am looking to start a VACATION RENTAL CLEANING SERVICE. What would be a UNIQUE additional service to add? -

Bedrooms Carpets vacuumed Change linens and make beds Linens changed Linens Laundered All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath Picture frames dusted Mirrors cleaned Vacuum under bed (if accessible) Trash emptied Lampshades wiped down or dusted Light, general straightening completed Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs All areas dusted Furniture dusted Upholstered furniture vacuumed Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped Carpeted floors vacuumed Cobwebs removed Glass tables cleaned Picture frames dusted Lamp shades wiped down or dusted General pick up and straightening completed Dirt pans cleaned Clean entry and patio door Vacuum rugs Light fixtures dusted The service is to keep up the property on an ongoing relationship.

Water plants, mints on pillows and fresh flowers. And what about the kitchen area? Stove, sink, counters, refrigerator clean-out, straighten inside of cupboards, dishes/utensils, towels, placemats/table clothes and how about restocking cupboards and frig? Just some thoughts.
