I had my clothes in a conginment sale and the owner planned to meet me with returning my clothes. She said other owner had them when we met. Now both owners do not now where my clothes are and I did not sign for them to be donated. What can I do about getting them back
If you have a written contract or receipt showing a list of the articles left with them take them to Small Claims Court. If you have no documentation forget it. Next time get a detailed list with value showing.
