Question for hot dog / fast food vendors? How many do you sell per day on average? -

I want to start a lunchtime food outlet and want to know if serving 100 meals a day is too optimistic?

i serve on average 200 hot dogs at 1.50$ each and thats not counting chips and sodas im rich 4 years same location busy flea market
