Hello everyoneI ordered one camera via Wal-Mart on line. I chose to pick up the item in Long Island because I thought I would be New York next week.However, my schedule changed and I had to return to my country immediately. I tried to cancel the order on line after everything settle down.. Unfortunately, the order status shows the item has been shipped and can not be canceled.I immediately contacted Wal-Mart for this problem. Their representative told me that I need to go to the store to cancel this order personally.I can not flight to New York just for a camera. That doesn t make any sense. Does anyone know how I should do now?Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.
Actially, I think you don t need to call Wal-Mart. They will automatically cancel the order when customer doesn t pickup their order before expiration.
Either cancel ur orderOr Email/call walmart and see what they can do..
