Is there Canadian equivalent of www.legalzoom.com for creating a company that someone can recommend? -

Basically just looking to start a small company in my spare time, will need to be able to send invoices and not much else.I d prefer to do it online than with a lawyer because of ease and potential money saved.

I think you can request them from www.DocBuilder.com. I know that they have created custom Canadian forms in the past, but I think they took them down because they are a U.S. based company. I d try sending an email to them if no one comes up with anything better.
