Well the first thing you need is a business plan. Based on what you just asked is a business plan. But you should get different categories of your money to manage it. Like a part of your money for fees, bills, advertising, and of course buying toys. You should put the store in a populated place but not really close to competitors like toys r us. That doesn t mean like real far but a good half a mile is enough of distance from your competitors. Also you need to come up with a name fast and quick but it has to be a good one that is attractive. Also come up with a website for your business to. Toys r us will actually help you at first because if costumers go there and find something expensive that they want, they may search around for another toy store and if they happen to find yours and you have the same product for cheaper than your in luck because they will buy it most likely and tell their friends and family that your store has great toys that are cheap. Also the category thing you want to have is a great idea. Just throw in some cheap name brand toys then eventually the word will get around and people will start coming.
