Parcel post is the best option (Hubby is a commercial shipper) but there are variables you haven t mentioned like the to and from locations, whether it s being shipped by someone with a account with a shipping company or just personal. Hope that helps. :)
use media mail- small package is teh postage category - cheapest way - weigh it with the envelope -go to www.usps.com to see cost - probably less than $2.50+ cost of envelope (slim cd case is 3 ounces - 1.55 or so) - so charge the buyer the full costsmake sure you write media mail on teh envelope
Go to the Post Office and they will set you up...Does it say US MAIL on the front of this page?...I thought I was in YA...I must of got lost!!!
