if u can handle it try Schlumberger one of the best in saftey and has a great atmosphere and system you will like but they demand alot of work on field and you must keep the curve as high as possible most important is identifying risks and dealing with them also make a good work environment for you and your colleagues they organize events and care for there personnel and one great thing your boss doesnt control you you can actually report him for mistakes or anything wrong and wont get ignored or different treatment from him infact he must accept your complaint and work on improvement
