Am i entitled to sure start maternity grant? -

Iam 30 weeks pregnant and just got the form through for the sure start maternity grant today, iam not on any benefits but iam on a zero hour contract from my work would i be entitled to the sure start maternity grant or is it only for people on some kind of benefit?

what country is that in? never heard of it
