Ok, so i sent and invoice to this girl. A money request for $40.How do I know when she s paid it? Right now the status says pending. Will it say like payment received or something when she pays?

It is marked pending because it may have been a check and they are waiting for the check to clear. Wait until it says paid to send the item.
