quot;New Cafe to take a space in my Office Buildingquot;? -

New Cafe to take a space in my Office Building We have a vacant office space in a large building (to whom Iwork for) and it lies 4 miles south of a busy public roadwith a Shopping Mall located on that strip. There areseveral Starbucks, Barns and Nobles, and a few coffee shopsin this historical district of town.Anyway, a group of us have decided to bring the committee ofour building in and offer them an idea to fill up the extraoffice space. The idea has to benefit the employees who workin the building and also generate enough revenue to pay theirshare of expenses and help with the building s lease. My idea is to have a cafe in there with us. The idea wouldto have be modernized, decorated with comfortable sofas, cafetables and chairs, desks, dim lighting, a cafe bar and befilled with light earth tone colors and whites. I want myidea to be Perfect. I also insist on having WIFI access sothat customers can bring their laptops in and continue theirwork on their free time (eg, lunch breaks, etc). I figured the company would start out slow, at first so notmany employees would have to be hired. I thought maybe 2 pershift, one having management responsibilities and the otherbe a general customer service rep. Both employees will haveto be trained on how to make the coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, etc the most precise way and they take fair partin prepping the machines each day and maintaining the drinksthat people order. What would be some tips I could get by doing this? How can Iprove this as a successful turn out to convince my committee todo this? What other things will I need to know and beprepared for, before I present this to the committee? My presentation is on Sunday.tls

Call Peets Coffee. They d love to compete with Starbucks and there s existing clients in your building. :D
